It was time to replace my black 6ULs that I had installed for 10 years. I spent a few months contemplating bronze wheels, but all the choices seem to have an issue. Either they were too heavy, had questionable fitment, or the bronze color was either too brown or too gold. I initially passed over these wheels because of the requirement to use a spacer for Brembo clearance. I thought that changing the wheel studs would be too painful. It turns out that changing the wheel studs was not that difficult. Yes, you have to remove all four hubs, but it was a very straightforward process. I’m really glad I decided to go this direction rather than messing with my lowered ride height and possible fender rolling or other clearance issues.

The fitment, look, and performance are exactly what I wanted.

Finally, a shout out to FM's customer service. I took the wheels to Discount Tire and they did a great job mounting tires, but they said only three center caps were included. I had no way to verify how the extra cap got lost, but FM sent me a new one quickly, no questions asked. This is what separates Flyin' Miata from all the others.

This intake really blew me away! It has awesome growl to it better than any pod filters hanging by the exhaust manifold. The best thing was the power difference it made! The car now pulls way better on the low end and in general it has gained a bit of torque! I drove around with a stock exhaust system and i am very stock power wise (-14 BTDC, ARC intake chamber, 1.6L EU spec so 90hp only) and i felt the difference immediately. Now with my maxim headers and full aftermarket exhaust system the difference is even better. Plus saw no heatsoaking from the new headers having no heatshield and effecting the randall silicone tube!
Installation process was straight forward and easy, all i needed was my drill on max speed and a fresh hole saw bit! No shame in cutting through the firewall, it's super worth it!
All i know is that i now have the best source of air my car can get and that's all i needed!

Easily all you'll need. If you don't have a seal puller tool, make sure to pick one up.

As stated below, worked fine. Pulley wheel shape was different than OEM, as noted below, and had same issue with the cover bolt.

New to me car so decided to just do it all. Guides and manuals I had purchased before helped, along with the ninja tool kit. Followed the advice and replaced the water pump at the same time, along with the thermostat. Did all three seals, because if you're in there, you'd might as well. Took a little longer, as I needed to order and replace the timing belt covers (an overzealous previous mechanic had been a little rough and cracked them - chewed up by pulleys).

Lug nut removal is usually accompanied by the occasional wheel scuff and ding, especially when using power tools. This one, if kept clean, will not. Very handy! I bought 2 to keep one in the car for the mechanic and tire shop so no worries about my nice Kogeki 15x9's.

Works as described. It was easy to program.

I love these wheels on this car! I put 205s on and no rub with stock springs and koni sport shocks. Probably order FM springs this winter. The wheels are flush with the frame due to the offset and just look like they belong. Super happy
