"Short nose" 1990-91 front main/crankshaft seal

Fits: 1990-1991

Front crank seal for '90 to mid '91 Miatas. This seal fits the short nose crank. While this isn't always leaking when you do a timing belt change, it will be leaking before your next change! They don't cause a catastrophic failure, but they make a real mess of the bottom of the engine. Included in our 1990-91 timing belt kit.

Fits all 1990 Miata engines plus 1991 models with a VIN lower than 209446. You can also check the crank pulley - four slots in the face of the crank pulley is a short nose, eight slots is a big nose. Later cars should use the big nose version.
