Description
These bushings isolate your shock shaft from the chassis, cutting down on noise and vibration. They get old and crusty and dry-rotted - and they're a pain to change unless you're doing a spring or shock change. Then they're easy! We recommend swapping these out whenever you're doing either springs or shocks.
Factory Mazda parts. This kit will change every shock shaft bushing in the car. Contains four of Mazda part F151-28-776A and four F151-28-775B.
May not be appropriate for some coilover setups that include different upper mounts. Please check with your supplier in this case. Not used with our Fox coilover suspension.

I c hoked on buying the various rubber bits for my STR.T Koni shock absorber's. Boy was I glad I listened to the advice of the CS person at FM! I complained that I only had 30,000 miles on the car. He gently said that it wasn't 'miles', but years. My MX-5 GT PRHT is a 2013. I bought everything. When it came it was all OEM Mazda. The garage where I had the Struts rebuilt said it was a good thing I had them. The originals on the car were all cracked, brittle and falling apart. As well, the urethane bump stops that were included with my STR.T's were sorely needed as well. The original bump stops had essentially degraded to dust. FM Rocks!
I have the custom koni adjustable shocks for FM springs. The front bushing are a little difficult to install with home tools it was recommended to soak them in boiling water before install. They work great.
They worked as expected, I replaced my struts and they (bushings) went in easy. The flying Miata team advised me to with rubber based on my configuration and I'm glad in did.
