No LED bulb in the world more closely simulates the filament size of an incandescent bulb more accurately than the Morimoto 2Stroke 3.0--and for those in the know, this is critical when it comes to proper beam distribution. By imitating the stock halogen bulb, the 2Stroke 3.0 is able to recreate the original beam pattern and cast a greater amount of light to the road.
The benefits don’t stop there. A unique adjuster mechanism that allows for a push-and-twist adjustment, offering easy adjustability in 15-degree intervals with no tools required. Once the bulb is installed, the high-speed fan contained within is completely sealed, making the 2Stroke 3.0 the first actively cooled LED bulb with a fan that's not susceptible to outside elements. Their unique internal circulation cooling system uses a 12,000-rpm cyclone fan to suck cool air into the body of the bulb and blow warm air out, back into the housing. This effectively cools the bulb while warming the ambient temperature inside of the housing, increasing resistance to snow/ice buildup on the lens during the winter months. They are also significantly quieter than other fan-cooled LEDs. Offered with a 3-year warranty.
The 9006 is the correct bulb for most NB2 low beams (All 2001-2004s and 2005s up through VIN 040901) as well as many other applications. If your 2005's VIN ends 040901 or higher you need H7 low beam bulbs. When in doubt, check your stock bulbs.
