Description
Over time, your top latches wear and get loose. We've actually seen ones so bad that the top will come unlatched on the interstate. That's a surprise when that happens.
There's no adjustment for this. So we offer these replacement latches with a few bonus features. Not only will they restore a nice solid click to your top latches, you can adjust them to compensate for wear on the rest of the mechanism. They come with an alternate screw that will make them essentially into a lock, great for latches you rarely want to remove like a hardtop. They even come with a replacement E clip for when you launch the original into orbit when trying to remove it!
Available in low-key black or "press here to eject" red. Engraved with the FM initials.
Easy installation. Sold in pairs - that's enough for one soft top. A hardtop will need two sets if you want to do all four latches. Fits all NA and NB Miatas.
Don't forget to check your top lock caps (sold individually) and hardware (sold as a kit) as well.

Latch was floppy before. Latch is tight now. Be sure to replace the little nubby bit too.
Much better than stock
These are amazing quality. Fit as well as finish. I opted for the red ano for a little interior pop. Instructions were easy to follow and the video provides additional depth to make for a smooth install experience. Best of all, the top latches snugly again.
Perfect fit for 2002 Miata. Red gives the interior a little pop. Need to search for a couple YouTube videos to find the best install instructions. Not complicated, just fiddly tiny parts
Thank you! We're glad to hear these worked well for you! We do have installation instructions available on our website (https://s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/instructions.flyinmiata/interior_21/Top_latch_locks_M21-91000.pdf) as well as over on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMgQ_nJYsAI&list=TLGG_iC2_WEeOUIwODA1MjAyNQ).
I've used these on multiple Miatas and they solve a pesky issue exactly as the description says they will PERIOD
