The Evolver is the five-spoke wheel Miata drivers have been waiting for. Built exclusively for Flyin' Miata by a major manufacturer, this isn't just another retro design - it's engineered specifically for what you demand from your car. The open design showcases your brakes while delivering that timeless aesthetic without feeling dated or overdone. Clean lines make them look bigger than they actually are.
These flow-formed wheels are serious business. Flow forming involves running rollers around a cast wheel to improve the grain structure of the metal, allowing the wheel to be both lighter and stronger without the price tag associated with forged wheels. They're rated for 550kg (1213 lbs) of load on the J2530 standard. That's 50kg above the usual standard because we know you'll push them hard. Knurling prevents tire slip.
They will clear all Flyin' Miata big brake kits for the NA/NB and ND as well as all the factory variants including the Brembos. You can check fitment with our printable template:

The +45 offset gives you the best fit for oversize rubber. You can fit a 225/45-17 or 235/40-17 under most unmodified fenders. With a 17x9, you can run a 245/40-17 with some fender rolling depending on alignment. That +45 offset means that you'll need a 10mm spacer if you want to use them on an NA/NB.
Be aware that at full lock with 235 or 245 tires, you might see contact between the tire and front control arms on the unloaded side at full lock. This is more of a polish than a hard contact (no structural damage will happen to the tire or control arms), but be aware that it's a possibility. Most - but definitely not all - 235s should be fine, 225s will be fine, and 245s are virtually guaranteed to have this contact. Oversize tires (we're looking at you, BFG RIvals) are more likely to rub. All will function fine, it's just a matter of whether that polishing of the control arm is an issue or not.
We also recommend relocating the rear brake line to minimize the chance of damage with these larger wheels. We sell extended rear lines for this purpose.
These are fully compatible with factory TPMS sensors.
Stock lug nuts work but your socket must be less than 29mm in diameter. Our 19mm on-marring sockets fit fine, as do our 21mm ones if you remove the plastic sleeve.
The 67.1mm hub bore means it's not hubcentric on a Miata but allow it to fit other cars. Centering rings are available but they're only needed to make installation slightly easier.
Note: Wheels sold individually—order 4 for a complete set.
