Description
Is your exhaust droopy? Do you have clanks and clunks under your car? The exhaust on your Miata is held up by 4-5 rubber hangers - and they're probably as old as your Miata. Make your exhaust all perky again with these polyurethane hangers. They're stiffer than the originals, so your exhaust will stay in place no matter how hard you drive. Great for cars with big exhausts and tight clearances. We think a lot of butterfly braces would fit better with a few of these. 80a durometer.
Available in two lengths. Sold individually. This short version (about 34mm / 1.34" center to center is a good replacement for stock Miata hangers. Suitable for 1999 to current Miatas. 4 needed on NB models, 5 for NC, 5 for the ND. Sorry, we do not have exact numbers for the Fiat. 12mm holes.

Flyin’ Miata comes through again. I drive a 2002 Miata NB Special Edition that I use for HPDE and track days. Recently, I installed a Flyin’ Miata mid-pipe and a Racing Beat race Exaust, which sounded amazing—way more throaty—and I needed a new catalytic converter anyway.
The install was pretty easy, and everything sounded and felt great… except for one issue: the exhaust was banging in the rear axle area, especially over bumps or in corners. I had maybe 5mm of clearance and needed a fix.
I reached out to Flyin’ Miata, and while their support was helpful, their initial suggestions didn’t fully solve the problem. What did solve it 100% were their polyurethane exhaust hangers.
These things tightened up the whole system. Zero banging now, and I have solid clearance. A quick tip—soak the hangers in hot water with dish soap, then hit them with a blast of silicone spray. They slide on way easier that way.
As a digital marketer, I know how hard it can be to get real reviews. But Flyin’ Miata deserves this one—and more. This product absolutely hit it out of the park. Can’t wait to see what they drop next. See you at the track!
This is a small upgrade but has made a huge difference in my exhaust flexing under extreme driving conditions. Glad I replaced them. DIY tip: using a little anti-seize helps with the install.
Exactly what my car need. Replacement of my 23 year old bushings.
I bought a Curt hitch hoping it would fit my '24 Miata even though it was only guaranteed to fit up to '22. It bolted to the frame perfectly, but there was some interference and bad rattling from the muffler bouncing off the hitch. I replaced the rubber bushings with these poly ones, and bent up the flange on the back of the muffler to get it more out of the way. This took care of the rattle, and now I can fit my bike carrier
The original rubber hanger was torn allowing the mid pipe to contact the cross brace making an ugly noise until everything heated up. Installing the poyurethane hanger raised the mid pipe up to give slightly mote than 1 inch between the cross brace and pipe.
