Description
This injection molded ball mount from our friends at MX5things fits conveniently into the cup holder mounting slot next to the shifter. The stable base comes equipped with a 17mm ball to keep your various accessories clear of your controls and display. 17mm is a common size for magnets and clip holders. Basic phone holder? Wireless charger mount? Lap timer mount? It's up to you.
Fits LHD only. This is only the ball mount, accessories are up to you.

Fits and works great! Added magnetic charger to it and is really good mount
I've used magnet mounts for my phones forever in my vehicles, but my Miata doesn't have a good place. The vent is too small, and double-sided tape on the dash to mount a magnet was, uh, questionable. This does the trick. The collar to screw the mount on was a tad tight to get over the ball, but just a bit of elbow grease and it's great. You do (as pointed out in the directions) need to really pull hard to get it to click, but it ends up in the perfect position and I can use a 6-inch USB-C to USB-C to connect. Solid product.
