Summer Camp
June 10-14, 2026
Summer Camp 2025 was huge - 100+ cars on track, 150+ on the tours and hundreds of people at our shop. For 2026, we're expecting 150 cars on track and record numbers at our shop.
Back in 1998, Bill Cardell threw a BBQ to thank local Flyin' Miata customers for their business. Over the years, the event grew and grew. We've had track days, dyno runs, ridealongs, autocrosses, multi-day tours, scenic drives, technical seminars, product reveals, special guests, prototype Miatas, Q&A sessions, car shows - and of course, food. But the one constant was the purpose, to thank our customers. We've had people come from all over the world to attend along with various special guests.
For those who can't make the drive to our world HQ, we'll have frequent webcasts that will let you take part in the talks.
Links will be found here
We'll have three track days in 2026. Due to the nature of our track and how we run our events, roll bars are not required.

Other than the track, participants can expect fun local drives, gorgeous scenery, tech seminars, new product demos, interesting people, good food, a car show and a chance to just simply hang out.

Our suggestions
Unfortunately, there is very little camping available due to the pressures on our parking lot, we recommend visiting one of the much nicer campgrounds in the area instead. The small spot on our lot can only accommodate tents and small trailers at most. There are no hookups available. The camping area is between the buildings on our lot.
Meeting up
We encourage you make plans to explore the area and meet up with other Miata people. For this purpose, we've created a WhatsApp group to act as a community area. Join up today!
Checking in
You'll need to check in when you arrive in order to get your t-shirt, nametag and other goodies. If you are arriving on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday please report to the track. On Tuesday and Saturday, we'll have everything at our shop.
Parking
Due to the number of cars, we have organized parking. Our staff will be helping guide you. Please park non-Miatas in the non-Miata parking area.
Schedule (subject to change):
For lunch, we will have both Bravo's Food Truck and Mount Garfield Food Truck at our shop on Saturday offering up a range of options. Slider Shack food truck will be at the track all three days.

Track details
12:00-7:00 - Grand Junction Food Truck Palooza, corner of 29 and D Rd. A great chance to grab something to eat on the way from the track to the Monument.
7:00 pm - sunset drive over the Colorado National Monument (map). Meet at the Saddlehorn Picnic Area (behind the Visitor's Center)*. Note, there is an entry fee into the Monument. You can buy a pass in advance if you want to speed up the line. The pass is good for a week. You can also use an "America The Beautiful" annual pass for entrance - they're a great deal if you want to visit other parks. They're also free for seniors, veterans, active military and fourth graders.
This drive will be left open for people to form their own groups at their own time. Some people want to surf the curves, some want to stop and check out the scenery. This is due to the popularity of the drive.
