FM gas pedal extension only (ND)

About installation: Take time to mark drill points where your drill bit will be on a flat surface of the gas pedal, instead of where there is a border or edge between two different elevations of plastic. This will prevent your drill bit from "walking." I found the installation of the gas pedal very easy. Usage of the gas pedal for heel-and-toe, or what I would call big-toe-and-little-toe, is easy, too easy: I'm over-revving some. It is my own adjustment to make, though. One concern I had about usage of the gas pedal only, while leaving the brake pedal stock, was bringing the gas pedal too far forward for driving moments when I am breaking only, without down-shifting; this hasn't been a problem. With this gas pedal cover, I don't feel like I need to wear my wider shoes anymore to do heel-and-toe downshifts.

Makes heel-and -toe so much easier

This pedal extension makes it so easy for me to heel and toe that it quickly becomes second nature. It adds a few millimeters of height and just the right amount of width to close the gap to the brake pedal. Installation is easy. Disconnect the negative on the battery. Take out the gas pedal with two bolts and a release of the connector. Then, follow the steps in the instructions. It took me 15 minutes doing it slowly.

Made heel-toe a breeze as someone who does not do the Japanese heel toe but rather more of a “toe-toe.” I can confidently brake & blip, and the install was simple too. Highly recommend for those like me looking for a simple solution to the stock pedal spacing!

Was a simple 15 min job, just needed to bend down low and take lighting help from my kid.

Mask the pedal with tape, drill 1/16 pilot holes and tighten down with self tapping screws. Don’t skip the pilot holes, the pedal plastic is made from cheese.

Overall much easier to heel/toe and nice feel.
