Description
Miata driveshafts aren't designed to be rebuildable. Over time, the universal joints will develop a flat spot that can eventually cause vibration problems. Some driveshaft shops claim to be able to replace these joints in stock driveshafts, with varying levels of success.
This is a brand new driveshaft with universal joints that are designed to be easily replaced (part #7260, typically available locally), even at home. Steel construction, made to the same dimensions as stock. Dynamically balanced. Unlike other replacement driveshafts, all of these go through a QC process to make sure it's built correctly.
Fits 1990-93 manual and automatic cars.

Seems very well built. Took a bit of jockeying to get the new shaft in, but did not have to remove anything else on the 1990. Needed _thinwall socket_ to secure bolts to new shaft.
Worth the money, relatively easy install just had to take rubber mounts off my exhaust to give it a lil play, lil heavier than the factory shaft but I’m ok with that and I knew it was larger before I bought it.

Bought this product after purchasing 2 used driveshafts at a low cost.
Wish I would have just bought this from the get go. Took me less than an hour to install, after jacking my car up in my driveway. Product feels great, and my car runs even better. I tend to abuse my NA6, so will update with wear and tear in the future.
I needed a replacement driveshaft since my ujoints went bad. Opted for this shipping was faster than I thought it would be and the quality is as good if not better especially with the bigger ujoints. 10/10 would buy again and recommend to every Miata owner out there
