Top lock cap (2003-05, sold individually)

This plastic nose for the latch wears over time, and causes the latch to rattle. That's annoying. Luckily, Mazda planned for this and made them easy to replace. And then they discontinued the part!

Flyin' Miata to the rescue. We can now print replacements for you out of carbon fiber infused material - it's stronger than the originals. Only from Flyin' Miata! 

You will have to remove the latch from the top in order to replace this.  Sold individually, you will need one cap for each latch you want to restore.

The design of this part changed in November 2002. The early one has a rounded point, the late one has a squared off end. We believe the VIN for the change is 2003 models ending in 021101, but please visually inspect your car to be sure. This is the late version.
