Shipping to Mexico
We have experienced high levels of lost/stolen packages when shipping to Mexico. Many of the problems happen at the border.
Due to this, we can no longer ship orders worth more than $500 directly to Mexico. If you want to ship a large order to Mexico, we recommend a freight forwarder. Once the packages have been delivered to the freight forwarder, we are no longer responsible for them.
We apologize to all of our Mexican customers for this inconvenience, but we cannot afford to lose any more shipments.
