We've been working hard to put miles on Nancy, one of our new NC Turbo kit development cars. From our shop here in Palisade, Colorado to Deal's Gap, NC and back – our NC Turbo kit hit over 3600 miles with no issues. Testing and tuning continues, but we're extremely happy with this solid start so far! Of course, the car maintains AC and cruise which makes long road trips like this a lot easier.
The car is actually running some parts 3D printed out of stainless steel, which allows us to validate their design without the expense of one-off casting. Otherwise, it's just like the final result with a lot of extra instrumentation.
Since we're still working on the engine calibration, the car isn't ready for dyno testing yet and we are not able to release power numbers at this time.
