NA-NB LED gauge light kit

Noted my 20 yr old gauge lamps were not so bright anymore. Was looking to upgrade to LED and found this kit from FM. 10 min install. Insured all bulbs were fully seated before completing assembly (per other review comments) The odometer bulb had a misplaced contact lead and I caught that before I seated that bulb. Just repositioned the wire and all was good. I took before an after pics, but there's no option to post that here. I went with the blue lamps and am extremely happy with the way they look now.

overall the LED's look good, but after about 5,000 miles or so, the odometer light started to flicker and stays off for long periods of time.

Note from FM: This sounds like the LED is not properly seated in the socket. Please contact us.

Having ordered the blue version for my NBFL I found these were very easy to install and worked plug-and-play right out of the box. The leds do show some hotspotting and are a bit bright in my opinion, they look fine with the dimmer turned down to the lowest setting. The downside to this however is that the rest of the lighting in my interior (non-led) is now very dim. It would be great if flyin' miata could offer a led conversion kit for the HVAC and the foglight/dimmer switches, but for the time being I'll have to find a substitute.

These light up very bright and made my gauges red, but have hot spots so bad that the top of my speedometer is almost unlit. So is the right side of my temp gauge. Don’t buy these.
