FM naturally aspirated duals
I recently bought the N/A FM Dual exhaust for my 2000 Miata. Last night I went about installing it. I must say that the exhaust is one of the most well made products of any kind I've ever had the pleasure of owning. BEAUTIFUL welds and stainless work. It's almost a shame to put it under the car instead of in my living room. Well maybe that's pushing it, but...The directions were very comprehensive and the photos helped a great deal, especially for someone unfamiliar with Miata's such as myself. I expected the template to be on a regular sheet of paper that I would have to tape to the bumper. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a self-adhesive 'sticker', and that a genuine Mazda 'rubber donut' was supplied instead of some home made contraption. This attention to detail shows how much you care about providing a high quality product.
A couple of small comments:
1. A photo of the placement of the template on the bumper would be helpful.
2. Some mention of possibly needing a longer bolt to mount the additional hanger bracket might be helpful. This may not apply to the 99's or older, but the OEM bolt on the heat shield was much too short to mount the bracket on mine. Luckily I had a few 10 mm bolts laying around that were long enough.
